In generic terms, Breshears Law is a boutique law firm focused on providing counsel in three related areas of law:
Estate planning (creating trusts, wills, powers of attorney for our clients)
Elder law (asset protection planning for seniors)
Estate administration (probate of wills, intestate estates, trust administration)

to strengthen Texas families by using the law to help them maintain control of their property, avoid burdening their children, and leave a legacy of treasure and truth to bless generations following.
introducing individuals to ways the law can free them to exercise complete discretion over who will be in control of their future, who can benefit from their life savings, and how and when they will benefit. All while reducing attorney’s fees and minimizing or eliminating unnecessary taxes.
a devoted (though imperfect) follower of Jesus Christ, God’s only son and my Savior and Lord. My highest purpose and my daily goal is for my heart to more fully reflect His. That means loving people, because He loves people unconditionally. Recognizing the inherent value of every human life, because He is the creator of life and gave His own life to save ours.
Honoring the principles that inspired and informed our laws and constitution. Promoting the preservation and the free exercise of our God-given rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. And allowing those principles to control how we engage the people we are privileged to serve.
